It is too soon for adjustments after surgery. Often it is best to wait between 9 months and a year after surgery in order t wait for the scars and tissues to settle. It may be possible to trim a little extra skin from the inner aspect of the upper right eyelid in due course under local anaesthetic but best to wait in the first instance.

You should wait 12 months post-operatively for revision surgery. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery, which is almost always seen as simple, is actually a surgery with its own difficulties.
