I have really bad wrinkles under eyes and on eye lids, as well as to the side of eyes. What's the best solution to correct?
Answer: Blepharoplasty Hello ! Based on your pictures, it looks like you would benefit from an upper blepharoplasty as well as a lower blepharoplasty. It would correct the ptosis (drooping) on the upper eyelid as well as the wrinkles to rejuvenate the whole eye area. It is best to consult with a skilled board certified plastic surgeon for the best results. I hope this helps, best of luck !

Answer: Wrinkles Any type of botulinum toxin would help treat the wrinkles. You might need a full evaluation by a real plastic surgeon before proceeding as you have some element of brow ptosis and excess upper eyelid/lower eyelid skin.

Answer: Blepharoplasty and peri-orbital wrinkles Hi @troyadkins209. An upper blepharoplasty procedure is recommended to get rid of the extra hooded skin on the upper eyelids. In addition, you can inject Botox to help reduce the periorbital wrinkles. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Answer: Periorbital wrinkles A good place to start is with neurotoxins to help reduce the lines around the eyes. You would also benefit from increasing the collagen in the thin skin surrounding the eyes (ie. Laser or chemical peels). Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

Answer: Blepharoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case regarding the information you provided and your photo. In your case I can recommend you an upper and lower blepharoplasty (to make the eyes area wider). If you want, an endoscopic eyebrow lift can also be performed but this can be decided only after a face-to-face consultation. Thank you have a nice day!
