Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I see from the photo you have lots of extra saggy skin above your both eyes and the eye area is downward. For a better, fresh, upward looking I suggest you upper eyelid blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. If you can provide photos with better lightning, from side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!
For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello ! Based on your pictures, it looks like you could benefit from an upper blepharoplasty. It would correct your ptosis. I recommend to consult with a skilled board certified plastic surgeon.I hope this helps, best of luck !

So if you want to keep the height of crease then better to get double eyelid surgery as well! If you have further questions then please let me know. Thank you:)

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
