I have been suffering from Superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis (friction issue) and dry eyes for 2 years. I have tried every single treatment available, including conjunctival resection surgery for SLK. Nothing has worked, and I've been told my eye issue is caused by mechanical friction/tight upper lids between the upper eyelid and eyeball. Recently, the friction has started causing damage to my cornea. I don't have thyroid issues that usually contribute to SLK. Any suggestions?
