Upper Eyelid Exposure Fix? (photos)

Question

I (20, Male) was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could get upper eyelid exposure fixed? The first photo are my eyes, and the second photo is more how I want them to look. I'm not sure if this even possible to be fixed, but I'd very much like to hear about any possible procedures that could fix this problem, thank you

To fix this you need the ptosis repaired. Most eyelid specialists prefer the posterior approach (Muller's muscle conjunctival resection ptosis surgery). However, this approach in my experience is not adequate to address an eyelid like yours. These types of eyelids benefit from an anterior levator resection ptosis surgery. There is no substitute for a detailed, in-person assessment.

I think the first and the last photographs are your eyes and the middle two are how you would like them to look (or similar!).
Even the photographs you have shown as desirable show some degree of ptosis (droop). However, what you seem to like is that there is fullness in the upper eyelids and so the "flatness" of the upper eyelids is not apparent. 
In your case, assuming you have not had prior surgery, there are two options: a surgeon can put in fillers judiciously and incrementally to create fullness in your upper eyelids. Or, he can combine this with a small ptosis repair (where your eyelids are opened a little more. If combined with surgery, the surgeon may do fat grafts or fillers. Fillers are more reversible and would be advisable at your age.
