Miserable since 9th grade; Am I a good candidate for liposculpture?

Since I was in 9th grade, I've been working out and trying to lose weight on and off. I continuously give up because my stomach doesn't respond no matter how healthy I eat, it just sits there; it discourages me so much that I give up. I'm graduating college this year and i'm tired of covering up and restricting my closet. As a young woman, I feel as if I'm missing out! Would I be a good candidate + are my wishpics realistic? I'm not expecting an hourglass shape bc I know I have narrow hips.
