Liposculpture vs bbl? What’s the difference? What your personal opinion?

Ive seen many pics of both and to me the bbl just looks much more focused on the butt, as for the liposculpture looks to me as if it’s a whole new body, however most of these before pics of the liposculpture looks as if they were in close to good shape already or had a definite hourglass/ curve to them in the right places already they just seemed tighter and more fit

They are two procedures that usually complement each other, as BBL removes unwanted fat from a specific area or areas of the body through liposuction and places it in the buttocks to add fullness and improve shape. Therefore, it is feasible that a liposculpture is performed to help you shape and define your body, especially the areas you have worked on with diet and exercise; and that fat is transferred to the buttocks (BBL). In general, liposculpture can be performed on many parts of the bodies, sometimes in combination or sometimes focusing just on one area. It involves liposuction and although there is no precise definition, it often refers to utilizing a technique that emphasizes the underlying anatomy. The idea is to help your body look more tone and conform the skin to the underlying muscular anatomy. This is often combined with BBL which is transferring fat to the buttock and/or hip  area. The two procedures together can give quite pleasing and dramatic results. Not everybody is a good candidate for this and a good consultation and exam with a discussion with her plastic surgeon will help you determine if this is the right option for what you are trying to achieve.

Liposculpture is liposuction and involves removing disproportionate fat via aspiration. It is also the first step in a Brazilian butt lift (BBL). A BBL is the transplantation of fat from areas which are disproportionate to the buttocks. So, not only is fat removed, it is then inserted into the buttocks to add additional volume. If you want to improve the size and shape of your buttock, then a fat transfer is needed compared to simple liposuction around your buttock (lower back, love handles, thighs). The combination of subtracting fat (liposuction) and adding fat (fat transfer) is what makes the BBL procedure very powerful. It depends on the plastic surgeon and your personal needs. A good example of liposculpture would be the Vaser Hi Def, where the surgeon carves out and defines the existing rectus abdominis muscle to reveal the "6 pack" or "washboard abs".  A BBL is when an amount of fat is injected into the buttocks area of the body. The grafting of the fat to the buttocks region not only provides a lift to the buttocks but it also makes the area rounder and larger than before the procedure.
If you want a BBL, you should explicitly tell your doctor. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
