Liposculpture is liposuction and involves removing disproportionate fat via aspiration. It is also the first step in a Brazilian butt lift (BBL). A BBL is the transplantation of fat from areas which are disproportionate to the buttocks. So, not only is fat removed, it is then inserted into the buttocks to add additional volume. It really all depends on what your goals are.  Liposuction sculpture is designed to remove unwanted fat and to sculpt your body.  In my practice we preform liposuction with vaser 360 which includes your abdomen, waist and back that will give you a beautiful hourglass shape.  If you are also wanting a fuller butt we can then transfer that fat to the butt - making it more fuller/heart shaped.  I would recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure to get a better understand of what you're looking for. I hope that helps! If you want to improve the size and shape of your buttock, then a fat transfer is needed compared to simple liposuction around your buttock (lower back, love handles, thighs). The combination of subtracting fat (liposuction) and adding fat (fat transfer) is what makes the BBL procedure very powerful. While BBL focuses on transferring fat from the body itself, this fat is extracted from liposuction to the buttocks to increase their volume and shape.
