Could fat grafting (or anything else) help my bony decollete area? (Photo)

I have a very bony chest (décolleté) area; I’m not too skinny at 120lb, 5.4” but I have very dented décolleté and was wondering whether fat grafting or anything else could help. I would think fillers will be too pricey as I’ll need a lot so I’m looking at something permanent.
