I had 2 revision rhinos with the same surgeon (in Iran). He used ear cartilage for my right side. I now have a subtle shadow that is visible in low light photos esp. I can feel a dip above the tip where the shadow is and above that there is some bony growth that still feels malleable somehow (that’s where I had a bump he corrected from my first revision too). How can I get my nose to appear my symmetrical and get rid of that shadow and that slight bump?
