I had rasping done on one side of my bridge because there was a bump leftover. On the same side where I had rasping, my tip seems to still be bulbous. I'm going to see my surgeon in a few months but I'm unsure if this is fixable due to my thick skin and I can't really afford another surgery. Is there any hope at all?

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case regarding the information you provided and your photos. It looks like your tip has dropped, that is what gives a bulbous shape to your tip.Your nose looks good, I can recommend you a revision rhinoplasty only if the tip really disturbs you. So it would be more for aesthetical purpose. Have a good day!

Answer: Rhinoplasty Result Good Morning! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your outcome. Steroid injections and taping may prove to be helpful if not trialed already. These both help to reduce swelling and aid with crafting the final outcome of the nose. If considering a revision, I would wait at least 12 months to ensure all changes with your nose have occurred. I would not lose hope as there is still time and working with your initial surgeon is a great starting point. Hope this helps!
