I had a disappointing rhinoplasty surgery over 2 years ago that has left me with a couple issues aside from the actual look. One is that the skin on my nose was never an issue before but ever since the surgery it has been way oilier and shiny to the point I’m constantly having to wash my face. The other issue is quite horrible but I think it’s to do with the pinchedcephalic trim that was done. Since the surgery pus like mucus gets stuck inside the corner of my nose. Is this normal any advice?

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided your nose looks small compared to your face (I would need more photos of course to make a better evaluation). It is possible to reshape the tip but you may need cartilage reconstruction to achieve the result you are looking for.Best...
Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide tip appearance with a Droopy tip as well. In order to provide nasal narrowing, tip narrowing, and tip elevation, revision rhinoplasty would be necessary. If you have any degree of uncertainty about moving forward with your previous surgeon, please...
Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you shared your nose looks deviated and uneven. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery if you want to correct all the issues, especially the tip. I do not recommend fat injection on the nose at all, there are too much risks.Best regards!
