Would a revision help nose tip, as it seems a little full & columella hangs? (Photos)

Hi. I had rhinoplasty done a year and 4 months ago. I don't feel completely satisfied with the tip. It seems to be a little full and the columella hangs down a lot when i smile. On my last appointment at my year check up thr Dr. Said he thought it would go down more and didnt think a steroid injection would be needed. Please advise if a revision would help. Thank you

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you shared your nose looks deviated and uneven. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery if you want to correct all the issues, especially the tip. I do not recommend fat injection on the nose at all, there are too much risks.Best regards!

Hello! Thank you for your question. If you want to get a revision rhinoplasty, it is not possible to use the same rib that is in your nose. We need to remove it and get a new rib cartilage to give the shape you are looking for. But for better evaluation it would be better to see some photos...
