Hi. I had rhinoplasty done a year and 4 months ago. I don't feel completely satisfied with the tip. It seems to be a little full and the columella hangs down a lot when i smile. On my last appointment at my year check up thr Dr. Said he thought it would go down more and didnt think a steroid injection would be needed. Please advise if a revision would help. Thank you
