Would a revision help nose tip, as it seems a little full & columella hangs? (Photos)

If this disturbs you too much, you can get a revision rhinoplasty this can be corrected (you may need rib cartilage reconstruction depending on what has been done on your previous surgery).Best regards!

That said, I can see your concerns about a hanging columella. In our experience, the only way to repair a hanging columella is with additional nasal surgery. Whether or not you wish to undergo another nasal surgery is between you and your prospective surgeon. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Based on the nicely posted photos I agree a revision of the columella area would greatly improve the appearances. This can be done under local anesthesia with IV sedation. Fee $4,000. Best to virtual consult with....

The fullness in your nasal tip can be improved with steroid shots when there's thick skin and scar tissue present. The hanging columella must be surgically improved the remove redundant skin and cartilage in that area.
