What can be used to make nose more bulbous? (Photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, however there may be a slight asymmetry of your tip where there is less volume on the right compared to the left. It is possible to make it rounder and more bulbous. It will require a revision rhinoplasty with graft.

It can feel stiff in some cases. It is one trade off with rhinoplasty which I tell my patients before surgery that they would have a better looking nose but their nose may be stiffer than what they are used to. Most of my patients feel that it is an acceptable compromise and will much prefer a good looking stable nose which is stiff than an unstable poor looking nose that is soft.


It is best to consult with an expert in revision rhinoplasty for the best results.
