Is it true that I can't make my nose smaller with revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Question

My primary rhinoplasty doctor put donor dermis on my nose bridge and a bit on my tip to make my nose look slimmer. He says that he didn't shave my original cartilage and only got rid of the bumps. Now my nose is projected too far from my face and the bridge is too high. My nose is originally pretty big, for an Asian female. I asked for a smaller, feminine, sloped nose but now it's straight, masculine and too projected. I'm so unhappy and more ugly now.

Examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy for revision rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your photos, you appear to have a bump in the middle of your bridge which was not there preoperatively. Depending on your examination and what was performed by the previous surgeon, revision surgery may be considered. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Could you please provide clear photos of your face from front and side for a better evaluation?Usually with revision rhinoplasty surgery it is possible to make the nose shorter and smaller, but of course it depends on your skin.
