How long should I wait to have the donor dermis removed after primary rhinoplasty?

The donor dermis on my radix is too high is narrow looking making my face look out of proportion. I've been waiting for a very long time to get it safely removed. I'm told that my original radix cartilage was not shaved down. What are the chances, I will still have my old bridge? (I want my old bridge back)

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided it looks like you have hanging columella. If this disturbs you too much, you can get a revision rhinoplasty this can be corrected (you may need rib cartilage reconstruction depending on what has been done on your previous surgery)...

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you shared your nose looks deviated and uneven. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery if you want to correct all the issues, especially the tip. I do not recommend fat injection on the nose at all, there are too much risks.Best regards!
