Fat injection to hips an buttock, to feminize male body. How much weight would I need to put on?

how much weight would I need to put on, to harvest enough fat to widen my frontal silhouette of the hips, as wide as my shoulders, and my profile buttock width double it's current size. I'm aware than about 40% of the relocated fat will stay in the long run so please also take that into consideration. I weigh 140 and am 5'9". Thank you so much for taking the time:)

Hello and thank you for your question.  I specialize in post massive weight loss body contouring.  BrazilIan butt lift will not work if you have loose skin. You need good skin and tone for it to work. A lol with auto augmentation of your buttocks should give you a nice buttock shape....

It is unusual to have pain at one year out. Are there any areas of firmness that maybe represents fat necrosis?  Best to see your surgeon.
