Has something gone wrong? Large Scab still in place 12 days after FUE. (photos)

Hi experts, I have this large scab with indentation still on scalp 12 days after FUE. The size and nature of it is causing me great concern and has left me feeling very anxious and disappointed. Can someone please help me with this? Is this common? Will I have Hair regrowth problems in that area? What can I do to improve the situation? I have an appointment to speak with my overseas Dr, however, in the meantime please help me with any info. Thanks in advance.
