This is one the problems with overseas medicine. Scalp necrosis like this should not happen, unless there is some underlying condition that would affect wound healing. Antibiotics and debridement will be necessary to clean up the dead tissue, so you need to see a local physician to address this.

I highly recommend that you schedule a appointment with the Surgeon that performed your procedure to clean up the scabbed area and prescribe you some medicine if the area is infected.

Yes this area needs to immediately be looked at. Yes you will have growth issues if it is necrosis with is an area that has died on the scalp from circulation deprivation. If the clinic has not responded to you then go to another hair specialist or your personal doctor..

Your recipient site looks to have developed a central area of skin necrosis. This should not happen and you should contact and see your original surgeon immediately. 

I do believe you have some skin breakdown, which needs to be brought to the attention of your surgeon.

Great question, I completely understand your concern, in my opinion the photos show several necrotic areas in the recipient area, I won't recommend you to do anything in your scalp except to contact immediately to your hair surgeon for evaluation and treatment. Also, I DO NOT recommend a debridement of the necrotic areas at the moment. Good luck. 

You developed a scab because the central area of the scalp lost blood supply and the tissues essentially died - this is called necrosis. This is caused by several factors: the grafts were placed too tightly or too much epinephrine was used in the scalp causing this problem. It is also seen in people with compromised blood supply such as people with vasculitis or diabetes. You need to return to your surgeon so he can clean that up and repair it. This is a very rare problem and usually does not occur with meticulous surgical techniques.

You have recipient area necrosis which means that the skin in the black areas you see has died. These crusts will eventually fall off, many times showing red granulation tissue which will close over time.  My group has done over 16,000 surgeries and never say a single case of this. This means that either the grafts were placed too close together, or the instruments were too large, or both.  Your doctor should clean up this wound.
