14 months post op FUT and have unsatisfying results. Front hair is also falling out. Advice? (photos)

If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam. This may or may NOT be normal. You may have had graft loss after surgery. In addition, not all the grafts may have take (failed grafts).

You have reached the end of the growth process and should be able to see some kind of results.  I recommend you schedule a post op with the Performing Surgeon to determine what should be done next for you.

This is considered a failure if the growthand with that amout of grafts you should see something..In my opinion go back and confront the doctor and ask for his/her advice

I am surprised that you say you had 4500 grafts done in one session, I have been doing hair transplant for 11 years and till date have not been able to do more than 3000 grafts with anyone technique, and that is because this dress is on safety and limiting the donor area to the permanent donors zoneYou cannot expect any more hair growth to occur and if the result in your opinion is not satisfactory, you have the right to go back to your primary surgeon and demand answers to the sameIt is essential that your primary surgeon should be a plastic surgeon or a senior Dermatologist who is well equipped to do hair transplant procedures

This would be considered a failure if the growth is not there after 1 years as in your case. I would go back and confront the doctor and ask his advice
