Dr. Dilan Fernando was very professional throughout my whole experience at The Treatment Rooms for my hair transplant. He was very organised and answered all the queries I had very clearly before and after my procedure. Had a very friendly experience and would highly recommend. Thanks for all your help

I found my experience with Dr Fernando at the Treatment Rooms to be excellent. The pre procedure care and information provided was very thorough but easy to follow. We had a 6am start on the day of the procedure. The morning started by completing the standard paper work, taking medication and then having my head shaved. We were then ready for the extraction phase of the procedure. This involved lying on my front whilst Dr Fernando injected my head with anaesthetic. As expected, the initial injections were a little uncomfortable however within minutes the aesthetic kicked in and my head was completely numb. This then allowed Dr Fernando to proceed with extracting the hairs from the back and sides of my head. This was pain free and very relaxed. During the extraction process I was given the option of playing my music however I opted to play the clinics mellow playlist. The extraction process lasted until noon. Toilet breaks and water/decaffeinated tea and coffee were offered throughout the morning. A 45 minute lunch break followed where a healthy yet filling lunch was provided. This was a tasty chicken salad and fresh fruit. Following the lunch break, we then proceeded to the implantation phase. This involved me lying on my back and sides whilst Dr Fernando carefully implantated the hairs into the desired areas. Once again due to the aesthetic, this was pain free. During the implantation phase, I was able to watch Netflix - The Wolf of Wall Steet (Great Film) and Friends (Never gets old). The procedure finished at around 6pm. Despite this being a long day, Dr Fernando and the team made me feel very comfortable. I was then provided with an aftercare pack which included medication in a dosette box, saline spray to spray the implanted area with every half an hour, large waterproof pads to cover my pillow for a couple of days and detailed instructions. I have spoken with Dr Fernando on a couple of occasions since the procedure and have found him to be very helpful. Based on my experiences this far, I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Dr Fernando and The Treatment Rooms.

Excellent professional. Carried out the procedure seamlessly and was really helpful throughout. Dr vara was brilliant too and made me feel at ease. Both did a good job. The procedure was a success and I am currently seeing good results.
