My daughter is very mature and smart. She currently weighs 192 pounds and is 5'3. The weight was brought on due to excessive amounts of stress. She can't play her favorite sports anymore and she Isn't happy. She is very active and social but with her weight she cannot participate like she used to in activities. Please give me advice.
