I gained 10 pounds in a year due to adrenal fatigue, caused by life stressors, as well as over-exercising and restrictive caloric intake, putting my body in survival mode. The last couple of months I changed my ways and stopped the high intensity workouts and increased my calories to a healthier level, but my body still seems to want to hold on to the extra fat I gained in my stomach, hips and thighs. Wondering if I would likely regain this fat after a proedure if I still have adrenal fatigue?
