If you had your breast done 8 months ago and you were told it is under the muscle but at your annual mammogram it show that one is under and the other is over. When you ask your surgeon he said no that is not the case as he had you flex your chest muscle. What do you do? Leave it or get it fix?

I would suggest going down in size and getting a lift that will hold. With large heavy implants, you will sag again because of your tissue having been stretched with weight gain. You also may need mesh for better support.

If your implants are behind the muscle, you may want to shift them in front to put not strain on your chest muscles. However, if your arms are still getting weaker, your problem is nerve related and not related to your breasts. You need to see a neurologist.
