Feeling headache, sick, dizzy, no high temp 10 days post op BA. Should I be concerned?

Hello. I am 10 days post op with submuscular 650/700 ccs. Last night I noticed I was feeling cold like. I woke up today feeling drained, sick, but I have a normal temperature. I also feel dizzy with brain fog is this normal should I be concerned my doctor said I should be fine but I am freaking out

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your symptoms.  After 10 days I would advocate seeing your surgeon for an in-person examination.  It is normal to have fatigue but you shouldn't feel sick, dizzy, or have brain fog.  Once the cause of your symptoms is known - dehydration, prescription pain medication, muscle relaxants, infection - the appropriate treatment can be started.  Hang in there!

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling good.It is not normal to feel drained, sick, and dizzy 10 days post-op from breast augmentation.You should follow up with your plastic surgeon to make sure that your implant/incision is healing well.  You should also see your primary care doctor to be evaluated in-person.Best wishes.

With these symptoms a week out from surgery your surgeon should see you in person for a physical exam.  If he/she is not available get seen by your primary MD.  Feel better!

Surgery can be a real stress on your body and this stress can take the form of feelings of illness. That being said, it is always better to err on the side of caution and go in to see your Plastic Surgeon. Problems dealt with early are always easier to treat and usually have better outcomes. Please call your Plastic Surgeon's office and let them know that you are really worried and I am sure they will have you come in to be checked.
