Small squishy bump to right of lower breast, what could this be? (Photos)

I had breast augmentation June 1st 2017. I had submuscular implants for 10 years prior to this. . I never had a problem, I noticed this bump the day of surgery it's been 9 days and it's still there. It feels squishy like fluid sometimes, it is not painfulhat can this be? Will it go away? Can this be fixed?

If you got a round silicone or saline implant, this likely is a fold in the implant. Often when you go up in size the implant is squished into a tight pocket that crunches up the implant shell. As the skin relaxes and stretches, this often goes away. There is a possibility of hematoma or seroma, but usually this results in global swelling of the breast that is very uncomfortable, and does not result in a focal lump. Hope this helps!
