Answer: Asian rhinoplasty You would benefit from narrowing the base of the nasal bones, alar reduction and tip refinement (as much as your skin will allow). You may also benefit from dorsal grafting with either your own cartilage or silicone, but the photos alone are not sufficient to make that determination not to mention that this should be a collaborative discussion to make sure you are guided towards a nose you find appealing. See a rhinoplasty specialist who is skilled with Asian noses.
