Will my nose change during puberty?

I'm a 13 year old girl now, and when i was a little kid i had a small nose. Now it's really wide and broad. Will my nose grow smaller or sharper?

Yours is a quite common case of asian rhinoplasty; fortunately your dorsum is ok, it needs only narrowing. The tip is not among the most complex ones, it needs re-defining by means of grafts but not the most complex procedures.Find a good expert in such cases.

Many people have a deviation of the septum. When this is a functional problem it can be straightened as part of a overall operative strategy to improve the airway. The septum should not change with time provided there is no trauma.
