It appears that you are ready for revision. More aggressive liposuction of the upper abdomen and treatment of irregularities should be addressed using SAFE liposuction technique. Good luck.

It looks like you had too aggressive liposuction when you had your BBL.This cannot be made perfect but can be improved. You need a surgeon with a lot of liposuction experience. You need a little liposuction in a few areas. Some subcision release of areas where the skin is scarred down, and some limited fat grafting to some of these scarred areas. Good luck.

while there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Hi! Based on your photos it looks like that you may need a revision liposuction done to correct the uneven contour. However, without personal evaluation it would be hard to determine the correct course of action. Schedule an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for more recommendations.

You have several things going on. Certain areas are over suctioned while several areas have too much fat. The over suctioned areas are very difficult (sometimes impossible) to improve whereas the excess fat may be suctioned out evening then belly.
A physical exam is paramount In deciding if a second procedure is indicated.

Correcting poorly done liposuction results is difficult and sometimes not possible. This is especially true if the treatment was aggressive.
The word fibrosis is often used for liposuction results where the provider removed almost all the fat leaving the patient with very little natural fat causing an excessive amount of scar tissue to form. The problem isn’t so much all the scar tissue deformed but there is no fat to balance it. that condition cannot be easily corrected and the only option is fat transfer which is extremely difficult and usually requires multiple procedures. Inexperienced providers can easily make things worse because the revision work is much more difficult than Primary Liposuction.
Personally I view the torso as a single anatomic unit and either treat the entire torso or don’t do liposuction. In other words I don’t spot treat the torso.
The best analogy for this I can give you is painting a house. If you’re going to paint a house you should paint all the walls.
Leaving part of the torso untreated adjacent to aggressively treated areas leaves awkward transition zones from treated to untreated. This gives the look of someone having had liposuction on part of their torso which is exactly what you have.
It’s going to be very difficult to improve on the areas where you had liposuction but your upper abdomen and back that weren’t treated should be treated so that the subcutaneous fat thickness is consistent and even on your whole torso. Currently your upper abdomen and back flares and looks wedge shaped.
It’s very easy to see what areas were treated and what areas were not treated. The transition zone shouldn’t be there if you want a natural appearance.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. This includes plastic surgeons. The number of providers who can do a good job with this procedure on a regular basis is actually quite a few.
Being bored certified in plastic surgery with an overall good reputation is not an insurance that somebody has mastered body contouring.
Likewise finding the most talented and experienced provider for body contouring work is not easy either.
The best way to find the right provider this have multiple in person consultations.
During each consultation ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for the areas and treatment you are requesting.
Simply being shown a handful of sample pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
For common treatments like abdominal liposuction and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of at least 50 sets of before and after pictures. Highly experienced surgeons will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures of abdominal liposuction results.
Ask the provide her to show you as many pictures as possible of patients with similar body characteristics.
Likewise, ask the provider to show examples of excellent results, average results at less than results.
Look carefully at every area that was treated on all pictures for evidence of skin contour irregularities like the kind you have.
Ask the provider to point out what areas were treated and what areas for not treated and have them show you the transition zone from treated to entréed areas.
I also recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
I recommend patients continue this process of properly vetting plastic surgeons carefully over and over until they feel like they found the most talented and experienced provider.
In the end your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of your procedure and likewise you are responsible for choosing that surgeon. you can go back to original provider and ask them to do a revision but as I said earlier revision work is much more difficult than Primary and Liposuction. typically for revision work The importance of finding talented and experienced provider is even greater.
There’s no nonsurgical treatment that is going to change your fat distribution. Postoperative treatments like massage or compression garments have no impact on final results.
The results are purely related to how a procedure was done and 100% determined once surgery came to an end.
In your case I think you can have a major improvement by simply finishing the untreated areas. At that same time a talented surgeon could attempt some revision though previously over treated areas may be difficult to correct.
It’s not unusual for plastic surgeons knot to include the entire back, under arms or even upper part of the abdomen when doing liposuction.
In my opinion it’s very bad technique but it is nonetheless done frequently.
If you want to improve your results you will definitely need a second operation. I recommend patients put in a substantial amount of effort in finding the most talented providers and I believe the only way to do that is to have numerous in person consultations.
During consultations patients need to take an active role if you want to properly vet the surgeon.
