I had multiple bbls and went for a reduction/revision I am so tired of dishonest surgeons saying they can correct or fix how uneven I am what can I do Im so tired of being depressed about my appearance. I need this corrected or at least almost corrected I feel the last 2 surgeons just made it worse. Hips are uneven bbl is uneven. I just want to look normal not perfect
Hi there, I had a fat transfer BBL about 9 years ago with no implants. Since then, Ive had three revisions. Two were with the same doctor, and honestly, I didnt see any change at all after either one. The third was done in New York, and while it looked decent at first, it went right back to how it was before. Right now Im dealing with visible dents and indentations that are always there even when Im not touching anything. The texture is soft but lumpy in some areas. One side looks noticeably bigger than the other, and I also get some discomfort when pressing or massaging certain spots. Its been really frustrating because Ive invested so much into trying to fix it but nothing has really worked. Ive also gained some weight since my original procedure so I might be a candidate for another fat transfer but only if its actually going to hold. Im open to non-surgical options too like Sculptra or anything that could help smooth things out and balance the shape. Id love to know what you think might be causing this. Could it be fat atrophy, fibrosis, or something else? Would it help to get imaging like an ultrasound first? And what options do you recommend that can actually make a real difference? If I can do either a virtual or in-person consult that would be great. Im just looking for real answers and lasting results this time. Thanks so much.
I have had two BBLs one in Miami and one in Dominican Republic . My butt has way too much projection like a shelf . My overall shape is nice but it is to large . Ive tried to workout and lose weight but I know I need surgical help to reduce it . My second round I only wanted lipo but the doctor insisted I should fill my buttcheeks out more and he added way too much fat . I would like to look a little more natural somehow some way :(
I have a small/medium sized bump on my butt 16 mos. post lipo/bbl. Its painless and smore noticeable depending on the angle. The location is causing some irregularities like my butt doesnt flow seamlessly into my thighs. How can this be fixed? Can fat be added around the bump to fill in the dents? This is killing my self esteem. I would prefer to go to a different surgeon to revise.
I had a BBL in 2020, and while I like my shape, I feel its too big, and I dont feel fully confident. Ive scheduled consultations, and the most straightforward advice I received from a board-certified surgeon was to remove 750cc from each butt cheek. I want a smaller, more proportionate look but dont want my butt completely gone. For reference, Im 51 and 126 lbs. How noticeable would this reduction behighly or fairly noticeable?
I had a BBL done 7 months ago and now have back rolls and flat spots on the bottom parts of my butt. I consulted with a doctor who said my only option to fix this and make it look better is to get a BBL revision done with a tummy tuck. For more contex, I have no kids, am 36, and am 53. Was the doctor correct in this assessment, or are there other options available? Id like to avoid the tummy tuck, but am willing to do that as a last resort.
I had a 360 body lift and my surgeon suggested a bbl at the same time so that my butt wasnt super flat after the body lift. I agreed with his recommendation but now I am 9 months post op and I dont like the overall shape. It feels like most fat kept or was added to the top half. What are my options? I dont want my butt significantly bigger just a better shape with the lower half to blend into the top.
I had a BBL 5 months ago, caught and infection that resulted in surgery to remove the puss that was forming inside. That then lead to me being on a wound vac thinking now I truly did not need to be on it. The fat at the hip migrated down to the lower part of my butt and hangs. How long should I wait to get this fixed ? My right hip now sticks out more than my left
I had a 360 lipo BBL. It has been a roller coaster. After feeling like my butt looked almost the same it did before surgery, I was finally liking my resluts. It was after looking at pictures and people commenting that there was a big difference that i started feeling confident about it, the change was noticeable but looked natural. In the last 4-6 weeks I have noticed that my results are gone, I feel that I look the same as before surgery. What are the risks of getting a second BBL?
