Answer: BBL results Dear saraleb, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL deformity BBL revision should only be undertaken by a provider who is experienced. When you remove fat or volume from your buttock, it will result in slack in your buttock that needs to be countered with a lateral thigh and buttock tuck. Please consider a consultation by a BBL revision expert to appreciate what will be required.

Answer: BBL concerns Delivering consistent quality results with both Liposuction and said transfer is more difficult than people believe. I continue on a daily basis to warn people to be careful when it comes to selecting providers and only choose providers who have a proven track record of consistently delivering quality results. And experience talented provider should be able to deliver predictable results consistent with before and after pictures of patience with very similar body characteristics to your own. They should be no surprises and results should predicably be understood before patients have the procedure. In my opinion there’s a lot of Bhad Bhabie I was being done by providers who lack the understanding of what looks good. In my opinion there’s a lot of bad BBLs being done by providers who lack the understanding of what looks good. It seems to be a trend of creating cartoon like caricatures with inappropriate liposuction of the thighs and over grafting. Without showing pictures we cannot give you an assessment and nobody is going to give you a meaningful answer. To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure patients need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask you provider to forward the ones they took. At three months your results are final and are not going to change by waiting further. Most providers don’t do revisions within the first six months. Follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If you want to get a proper second opinion consultation then you’ll need to schedule those as in person consultations with other providers. For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared with a copy of the operative report and all before and after pictures. These are all available because they’re part of your medical record if you request them. Try reposting with proper before and after pictures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
