BBL revision should only be undertaken by a provider who is experienced. When you remove fat or volume from your buttock, it will result in slack in your buttock that needs to be countered with a lateral thigh and buttock tuck. Without showing pictures we cannot give you an assessment and nobody is going to give you a meaningful answer.
To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure patients need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask you provider to forward the ones they took.
At three months your results are final and are not going to change by waiting further. Most providers don’t do revisions within the first six months.
Follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
If you want to get a proper second opinion consultation then you’ll need to schedule those as in person consultations with other providers. For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared with a copy of the operative report and all before and after pictures. These are all available because they’re part of your medical record if you request them.
