I am 50 and my face skin looks much younger than my neck. Im 5’6” and 127lb fit and healthy -

It is quite common for the neck to show aging earlier or more noticeably than the face, even in someone who is fit and maintains a healthy weight. If you have loose skin, neck laxity or platysma bands, non-surgical treatments may provide only limited improvement.
A neck lift can directly address loose neck skin and underlying tissues, while a facelift can be considered if there is also early jowling or loss of definition along the jawline. The best approach depends on your anatomy and the degree of laxity.

Based off your photo - agreed, you have a young appearing face versus your neck. Unfortunately as skin becomes more lax (the neck tends to show aging fast versus the face esp, nower days with creams, lasers, etc for the face). Your photos are limited but can see some skin creeping into the midline vertically down to the sternal notch. This would require some type of neck rejuvenation - combination of neck lift with external skin tightening (like CO2 lasering). Avoiding sun damage is key. Seek out a few different surgeons and see which ones provide you the most comfortable opinions to make your decision (that way a new neck to match the youthful face).

This is achieved through two complementary mechanisms: the redraping and repositioning of the platysma muscles, and the adjustment of the relationship between the underlying muscles and the overlying skin.
