Should I do Ultherapy Prime now for early neck aging, or avoid it to keep future neck lift easier in 10+ years?

I’m in my 40s and starting to notice early aging in my neck. I’m lean, but I’m developing mild skin laxity and thinning that makes my neck bands look more prominent. When I manually tighten the skin, the bands are barely noticeable, so it seems like skin looseness is a big factor. I’m not interested in using large amounts of Botox or Dysport regularly in my neck, both for cost and maintenance reasons. My skin is not lax enough yet to justify a neck lift, although I am guessing I will need one in next 10-20 years. I’m considering doing Ultherapy Prime now to tighten the skin and possibly delay or even avoid the need neck lift. However, I’ve heard that treatments like Ultherapy can create fibrosis and potentially make a future deep plane neck lift more difficult by affecting tissue planes. My question is whether it makes sense to do Ultherapy Prime at this stage to improve and maintain my neck, or if I should avoid it to minimize complications in a future neck lift surgery I may need down the line?
