Deep plane face and neck lift over 10 months ago - can a revision fix the poor results? (Photos)

I underwent a DP face and neck lift nearly 11 months ago and looked fine for the first 2 months then everything just dropped and I have more loose skin on my neck and lower face than I i did before I got surgery, I also now have deep nasolabial folds which I didn't have previously. I had incisions under my chin and behind my ears....I'm beside myself can a revision fix this?

Thank you for your question. The only way to satisfactorily address this kind of issue is a deep plane facelift with deep necklift. There is no minimally invasive treatment that will provide benefit.
