Would thigh lift & breast lift be best pre-children?

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. The technique I recommend for breast lift is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

You don't mention why you think you need a breast and thigh lift. Did you lose a lot of weight?
I don't recommend any kind of lifting prior to having children as weight and hormonal fluctuations can affect all of it. As far as going out of the country for surgery....... very risky in my opinion. What happens if you have a complication after you return? Getting a doctor to deal with another doctor's complication can be very difficult.

Hello, thank you for your question. If you decide to do those procedures prior to child bearing that is completely fine. Keep in mind you may need a post surgical like after depending on number of factors. If you are thinking about getting pregnant in the next 1-2 years than maybe worthwhile to post surgery until after. Just be cautious undergoing surgery in a foreign country. I would not recommend that. There are lot of risk factors both during surgery and post operatively that you should consider.

The best thing to do would be to wait until after children to have these procedures. Childbearing is associated with significant weight gain and loss for most women and this will change the elasticity of their skin, the shape of their bodies, and their overall appearance. Having surgery before this is likely to compromise your results. In any surgery, I would suggest having surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon in the USA in order to ensure that you are receiving the highest level of care.

It would be extremely unlikely that a thigh lift would be a good idea unless you have had massive weight loss. The are long scars that tend not to heal so well. Also a thigh lift probably won’t do what you think it will. Of course it’s impossible to know for sure without pictures
