I underwent a BA 14 months ago. Sub-pectoral, cohesive silicone 285cc, crescent nipple lift. I requested a vertical lift with a very small implant for upper pole fullness. 3 Drs. said I didn't have ptosis & recommended BA only. Now my breasts are large (34E) but look matronly. Notch to nipple is 26 cm. My Dr used a wide implant because he said I have a long torso & they would give more cleavage. They are more oval shaped. Is there anything to create smaller, round, perky breasts?

The best breast lift technique depends on individual factors such as breast size, shape, and degree of sagging. Common methods include anchor, lollipop, and crescent lifts. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the most suitable option for your specific needs.
