Although there is little chance that it may affect your pregnancy, most Coolsculpting specialists will recommend you avoid doing anything that would remotely complicate your pregnancy. It is just not worth any risk.

Even though it is unlikely that CoolSculpting will affect your child in any way, even if you were only planning on targeting your chin, I would not recommend moving forward with the treatment.
Your body will also undergo changes as you advance in your pregnancy, including gaining fat, so waiting until after your pregnancy would be best.
