The lump is like a hardened blood clot or cyst. It may have been the result of a contusion or similar damage from a fall or strike to the area around the eye socket. It is a hard piece of something.

Answer: Mass under eyebrow Dermoid cysts, epidermal inclusion cysts, and other growths can arise in the area around the brow. Seek consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon, general plastic surgeon, or occuloplastic surgeon to evaluate it and recommend the approach for removal. In some cases, a direct approach with an incision over the mass may be preferable, and in other cases it may be better to use a blepharoplasty incision which will hide the scar.Best Wishes

Answer: Lump or cyst near the eye An in-person consultation is highly recommended to properly assess and proceed. It is easily removable once we determine the issue. Tissues near the eyes are thin and heals very well with minimal scarring. Good luck!
