I'm 29, I have very deep tear trough and very thin skin in that area, you can see my veins and the skin is a little loose, i can skin pinch the area with not much movement in the eye area. Please, do not advise filler, it does not stay there, I've been to consultants in the UK and everyone of them have said they won't do a blepharoplasty to re-drape the fat area since i don't have enough fate to re-drape. improvement would be minimal, a mere 10% improvement. please help.
