It appears you have right upper eyelid ptosis with brow compensation. You may benefit from right upper lid ptosis surgery. See an oculoplastic surgeon.

In order to improve the symmetry of the eyelids, it is important to understand the difference in anatomy between the two eyes. There can be differences in the eyebrows, skin, fat, muscle, bony orbit, or a combination of issues. It is best to have an in-office examination to determine the best treatment plan to improve your symmetry. It appears to me that you may have some right upper eyelid ptosis. This can typically be corrected to improve symmetry. There is even a test that can be performed in an office setting with an eye drop that can demonstrate what a ptosis repair would achieve.

I believe facial asymmetry is universal. If you look carefully, you will notice the eyelids are asymmetric in everyone. However, this varies in different people. Some more or less. There are several ways to achieve close symmetry. Endoscopic forehead lift is a frequent procedure we use to correct this problem.

 An upper blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish differential amount of skin, fat, and muscle removed from the more full side to match the more open side. Everyone has some degree of asymmetry, they can be made much more symmetrical.
