Thank you for your question. While bruising, swelling and redness can occur after Voluma, your bruising should not worsen over time. Thank you for sharing your question.  Though nothing replaces an in-person examination, this appears most like a bruise to the lower eyelid/upper cheek region.  At times when the bleeding involves the filler, it can persist for some time.  I would continue your current treatments and allow more time to pass, but your injector may have lasers available to help speed resolution.  You can also consider use of warm compresses, arnica gel topically and orally, and eating dark leafy green vegetables.  Hang in there!

Any bruising following injectables should improve with time, not get worse. I would suggest that you seek another in person opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist to assess what is going on.
