Question

Hi, I am a 26yo woman (58kg/170cm) and my face from the sid has looks very round. My face from front is square-ish. The chin is round, not defined, and probably a tiny bit weak. I have a bump on my nose. And my cheeks a ball shaped. What could I do to fix that? Thank you for your help

The primary concern for you is your chin.  A chin implant will reduce the roundness of your face and help balance your nose. Then, the other areas can be considered (e.g. rhinoplasty) for an even more attractive result.

You have an under projected chin and a downward rotated nose which gives the appearance of a forward projecting nose, and an acute nasomental angle. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty to reduce the hump on your nose and elevate the tip. In addition an advancement genioplasty or chin implant to project the chin more. Balance all these with the relationship to the lips.
