Hope all is well. I have been thinking about getting a chin implant for a while but have recently found out that my labiomental fold is likely gonna make the results less than ideal. Since then I have been looking into a sliding genioplasty to just bring my chin forward a bit. I recently had a consult with a surgeon who told me that I was a great candidate and would do about an 8mm horizontal lengthening without changing vertical height. I want to get a second opinion, given my labiomental fold.
