Hi everyone I saw a 3 different doctors who told me 3 different technics to do for my breast so now I am very lost. I have already asked help on this forum but I need more reviews. I don't want a perfect conic breast but just enough to have the nipples at a good place. So I think that a doughnut lift with fat transfer from thighs is a good option, has 1 of the doctors propose. But now that I know all the risk of the doughnut lift, I am very scared to do it. Please find more picture of my breast
Answer: Donut lift inadequate, consider Bellesoma Lift Your breasts are low on the chest wall and a donut lift will be inadequate. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift No, you will need more than just the doughnut lift or your breast shape my change and widen. the vertical lift would work very well for you. I would suggest doing the lift first, and then follow later with a fat transfer.

Answer: Mastopexy doughnut mastopexy benelli mastopexy 360 peri-areolar lift breast lift breast lift expert plastic surgery Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your breast. There are many ways to achieve an ideal breast. Different techniques achieve different results but most techniques can create an ideal breast. I would go with a technique that makes the most sense to you. Whether its breast augmentation, full anchor mastopexy, or a breast lift with breast implants, each technique has its own associated risk. If you want a procedure with NO risk, do NOT have any procedure. However, if you want something done to your breasts, you have to assume some risk. All and all, the 360 mastopexy is a good surgery with excellent results in the right hands. Based on you history and pictures, I would suggest that the doughnut mastopexy with fat transfer to the breast is a very good option with excellent results. Thank you for your question on what to do with your breast. If you have any more questions regarding the breast lift or mastopexy, capsular contracture, or breast implants in general, please contact my office. Since your breast surgery is somewhat complex for an average plastic surgeon, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing these types of breast lifts. Do your research. Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 breast lifts. Make sure they have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. Good luck! Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Breast lift Dear Independent661627, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: The donut breast lift often leaves very large scars around the nipple Judging from your pictures, your breast lift includes repositioning the nipple but also lifting the lower part of the breast. The donut breast lift is only designed to change the position of the nipple, and the scars usually stretch over time and end up being much worse than a periareolar scar with a vertical scar. I would avoid doing a donut breast lift in your case, and favor a vertical mastopexy, because your skin has good elasticity and a horizontal scar is not necessary. Adding fat grafting (lipofilling) to the upper pole of the breast is good option, but it is probably not necessary in your case, because a breast lift will give you a strait upper pole.
