Great that you already have a consultation. No, you will not lose more breast volume with a tummy tuck. First, think about whether you're happy with your breast size. The only way to increase the size is a breast augmentation (usually done with an implant, sometimes can be done with your own fat). The best option for upper fullness is an implant. It's hard to tell without pictures, but you may need a lift. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns, and he/she should be able to answer your questions more thoroughly after an exam.

To avoid getting implants and achieve upper pole breast fullness, you could consider fat transfer to your breasts during the same procedure as your Abdominoplasty. Your question "Will I lose more volume with a tummy tuck" is an easy answer: your breasts will not change size with or without a tummy tuck. Some women with upper abdominal bulging will feel like their breasts are bigger when the upper abdomen bulges less (eg your breasts appear more projecting in clothing), but they will not change size.
Should you consider implants? Without a photo or understanding your goals, it's hard to say. I'd suggest meeting with a qualified plastic surgeon to discuss.

The volume of your breasts should not be affected with a tummy tuck. However, following a tummy tuck you’ll be leaner in your mid-section, which may make your breasts look more pronounced. You might want to see if the tummy tuck is sufficient in achieving your aesthetic goals before proceeding with breast implants.

Given your nickname, I am guessing you did have the volume at one point and lost it with the pregnancies. Usually with a mommy makeover, it makes sense to address both a tummy tuck and a breast lift at the same time since they have both lost their elasticity with the weight fluctuations and skin stretch. I do not have your photographs to give you definitive advice but recommend that you consider a lift with fat grafting so you can have great long term outcome with one surgery. We have also been adding fat grafting as an adjunct to fill out the cleavage if desired as well as an internal lower pole support in form of a sling as well to secure the breast position. At Cosmoplastic Surgery, we have used the "Naturabra" technique that allows for your own breast tissue to act as an internal bra that supports the lifted breast while filling out the superior pole. We just reported our results of the past 18 years of over 700 breast lift cases at the 100th anniversary meeting of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons in San Diego in April 2022.

It is very hard to give meaningful advise to someone without in person evaluation or, at least, series of photos. TT will not change current size of your breasts or position of nipples. You will have to decide about implants based on communication with your surgeon. In same cases, augmentation itself may not be sufficient to achieve desired result and breast lift may be needed. All these questions and options may be addressed only on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. At size 36 B, your volume is slightly smaller. You may benefit from a breast lift. Many women do not like lifts because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

The tummy tuck alone should not affect your breasts. Depending upon your specific situation, it might be possible to do some fat transfer to the breasts when you have the tummy tuck, but it won't fill them out as much as implants.
