R-14.5, L-15 Should i just let my body " bounce" back with those numbers? Will it look fairly descent being a 56 year old? Or should i do the lift?
Answer: Lift? It doesn't appear that a lift is indicated from the submitted photo. Once you have healed from your procedure if you are unhappy you can return for a lift at a later time.

Answer: Lift after explant? Hello, thank you for your question. The decision to have a breast lift (mastopexy) after explant surgery largely depends on your goals, the current state of your breast tissue, and how you expect your body to change after the implants are removed. Since you're 56 and have had implants for several years, the natural aging process and the presence of the implants may impact how your breasts look after removal. I have attached a video that discusses your question in detail. It's important to have a detailed consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your breast tissue, skin quality, and personal goals. They can help you understand what to expect after explant, and whether a lift is necessary for the result you’re looking for. Ultimately, it’s about how comfortable and happy you’ll be with your breasts post-surgery, and a surgeon can help guide you to the best decision based on your current anatomy and goals.

Answer: Should I consider a lift after explanting my 350cc under muscle implants? Hello @Exquisite687809, thank you for your question. Performing a total capsulectomy is important if you are considering an explant. The most optimal and aesthetically adequate option would be immediate reconstruction with the BRALAN technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) and a lift. I link a video that sheds more light on the matter. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Lift You need an examination to see if a lift can even be done safely. If not, you could consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion be added at the time of the removal.

Answer: Breast lift after explant Dear Exquisite687809, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You can get implant removal and wait to see the final results. Later you can get breast lift if your breasts become saggy. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
