Would I benefit from a BBL and lipo?

Question

I am petite and have minimal fat and an already shaped glute like the style they call (slope) in surgery terms. I am 5’5 and around 118 I am looking to fill in my hip dips, reduce my waist and tighten my arm fat along with reduce thigh fat for a thigh gap. My body inspiration is all American Amy and Renni Rucci.

It would be difficult to get any significant fat for injection given your given height and weight. However, if your body type already partially resembles that which you desire, it may only take a small amount of fat to effect a big difference. The only real way to tell if you have enough tissue to meet your goals would be an in person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon.

That said, a BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the thighs, upper arms and chin. That said, you may be required to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure the surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Hi! Even smaller girls benefit from a BBL. Liposuction plus fat transfer will enhance most body types…… a little less here and a little more there works! The question is will the difference be enough for what you’re looking for. This is impossible to answer without at least your photos. 
Considering your body aspirations plus your height and weight, you might need more fat for the results you want.

The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority.
