I'm fat (BMI 28) and like my belly fat. Cinching my waist in at the sides is appealing, but I do not care at all that I have front/ab fat. The idea of being hourglass straight on, and then turning perpendicular to you to reveal round belly and round butt is my idea of good. I am also very afraid of lumpy lipo. I wonder if I can avoid that by simply *not* removing fat from my abdomen. Clearly I have a bunch of fat elsewhere than can be harvested. My main concern is fixing my legendary hip dips.
Answer: You are a great candidate for a BBL Hello, You are a great candidate for a BBL. Often, the front of the abdomen doesn’t respond as well to lipo as the flanks and back. This can leave excess loose skin there so it is perfectly fine to not touch that when performing lipo for BBL. Removing fat from your flanks and lower back and injecting it into your buttock and hip dips will give you a great look, it sounds like exactly what you are looking for. Hope this helps!

Answer: Would still recommend abdominal Liposuction I think your overall assessment is not far off, however I would still recommend at least some abdominal liposuction in order to create a smooth transition from the flanks/hips to the abdomen. When performed correctly, this should not result in a lumpy appearance. However, whether this will give you enough fat to make a significant difference in your hip dips really can only be answered by an in person physical exam. You will want to make sure you are consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon for this as your desires are very specific and the potential for untoward results are relatively high.

Answer: Butt implant buttock augmentation buttock implant buttock implant expert butt implant insertion big butt Hello Victoria Valencia1, Thank you for reaching out with your question about achieving good results from a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) with 270° liposuction while avoiding liposuction on the abdomen. Your decision to keep your abdominal fat and concern about avoiding lumpy results from liposuction is understandable. The occurrence of "lumpy lipo" can depend on various factors, including the technique used and the amount of fat removed, rather than just the area treated. Yes, it is certainly possible to have successful results with 270° liposuction for a BBL. The key is to harvest enough fat from other areas, such as the love handles and upper body, to create a more pronounced hourglass figure. This fat can then be transferred to enhance your buttocks and fill in the hip dips, as you mentioned. However, it's important to balance the desire for more fat transfer with the risk of irregularities. With increased fat aspiration, there's a higher chance of "lumpy lipo." A skilled plastic surgeon will use techniques to minimize this risk and ensure a smooth contour. It's crucial to have a thorough consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals, concerns, and the specifics of the procedure. They can provide detailed insights tailored to your body's unique characteristics and help you achieve your desired outcome. Wishing you the best on your journey to achieving your aesthetic goals. Sincerely,

Answer: Lipo + BBL candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you tummy tuck, waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: BBL candidate Dear VictoriaValencia1, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
