Hi! Thank you for your question. After first making sure the itching isn't an allergic response to adhesive tape or your compression garment (there would usually be redness if this is the case, but best to consult your doctor), it is most likely caused by nerves that were irritated during the procedure. A "tingling" sensation from this nerve irritation is not unusual after liposuction either. For severe itching, benadryl may be helpful. Tylenol can also be very useful. Moisturizer may help with less severe itching. Rest assured that it will improve on its own with time.
Many patients experience some aging of the skin after liposuction. Scratching will release histamine and should be avoided since it will aggravate the problem. Cool compresses will give temporary relief. Antihistamines such as Benadryl may Be of benefit.
Benedryl lotion and/or benedryl tablets may help relieve the itchiness after liposuction.Consult your surgeon for advice and guidance.
This may be related to nerve function returning after the procedure and may take several weeks to resolve.

. Generally, the incisionsWhich are actually small poke holes are of little consequence. After healing is complete. If there is a better place for the incisions from your point of view tell the plastic surgeon and he probably can accommodate that.
Thank you for your picture. I think that your liposuction has produced unevenness that requires revision. I would wait at least 6 months to allow the areas to soften greatly. Then revision liposuction +/- fat grafting can be done to improve your abdominal contour.Earl...
