Are capsules removed at all during an exchange? I’m having some pail in right breast and a doc said I’m prob grade 2 for capsule contraction but they don’t remove all ogf it during an exchange? Will a replacement help with the pain or do people usually do full capulectomies with exchange?

You would be more comfortable with 450 cc implants than with 550 cc's. However, you may have extra skin to deal with. You might even consider splitting the difference with 500 cc implants, however, these are still considered to be large implants.
This is something you need to discuss with your surgeon. Also, look back on your paperwork, especially the permit, to see what kind of implant, is any, is specified. I always discuss the specific implant to be used during the preop visit so there is no misunderstanding.
I think you should keep what you have and enjoy your new look. Your do have some asymmetries, as we all do. Most of your asymmetries are with your bone structure which cannot be changed. One centimeter is very small and less than half an inch.
