Experience withe the new "Spirox Latera" nasal implant indicated for the treatment of collapsed internal nasal valve?

I am 3 years post rhinoplasty and have been diagnosed with bilateral internal valve collapse. Breath-strips and nasal dilators work at home but I have ongoing difficulty breathing and would prefer avoiding a second major operation. This novel procedure seems hopeful.
