The nasal implants you mentioned are a good option for some patients. There are other types of nasal implants that work quite well also. Using your own cartilage is also a good option for many patients. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert.

I'm sorry to hear that you have developed nasal obstruction after rhinoplasty. The Latera implant is really designed to treat external valve (as opposed to internal valve) obstruction.  To clarify your issue, an in-person exam would be required.   

Hello Marjantxdc,The Spirox Latera can be a nice option.  It is a straightforward procedure that doesn't require any additional harvesting of cartilage to help support the nasal valves.  The biggest risk is one, that it doesn't work, and two, that the implant is temporarily visible.  The biggest risk for the latter is thin skin.  I'd recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon to go over your options.I hope this helps and good luck.
