Question

What would the process be to fix my over projected tip? And what is the preferred material for tip grafting? As you can see I have thin skin and a tip graft that is too pointy. Help! I really don’t like it!

A highly successful procedure to reduce tip projection is to shorten the medial crura and make adjustments in the lateral crura as well of the tip cartilages.  The tip cartilages as a pair form a tripod and although it require a precise dissection it is possible to deproject the tip. by lowering the legs.  That will take tension off the tip and the cartilage graft can modified or covered with fascia to make it look more natural.

A revision rhinoplasty to reduce caudal septal length and rotate tip upward would make the nose not appear so long.

If you don't like the length, it can certainly be adjusted within reason. It can be brought closer to the face and lifted slightly, which will give it a smaller appearance. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photo you provided your nose looks overprojected and it makes the tip droopy. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery, with rib cartilage reconstruction to reshape the tip, make the nose shorter and more elegant.
